Thoroughly impressed with the whole experience. From the initial contact email to the end follow-up consultation everybody has been thoroughly professional.

One of the key features for me was the detailed information leaflet. The level of detail of what to expect on the day of surgery helped enormously not only to understand what would happen, but also helped me to relax during the procedure.

The fact the everything has been such a success only adds to a positive experience.

The only bit of criticism I would have is just the jumping about between the hospital and the private suite. It wasn’t fully clear in the final appointment letter that the follow-up was not in the same location as the follow-up post surgery. That could have been clearer; but it’s a minor comment.
