Throughout the entire process of consulatations, surgery and follow ups I was made to feel extremely comfortable by all staff members that I dealt with. During my surgery I felt extremely nervous but the fact that Professor Gartry talked to me throughout, telling me what he was doing, made me a lot more comfortable. The information given to me for aftercare was very clear as to when to apply drops and how often, which at first I was worried about. I was also able to phone Mr Gartry’s office whenever I had a question. It was easy to get hold of someone and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Mr Gartry himself was very friendly and easy to talk to, which again made me feel a lot more comfortable. Overall, my experience with David Gartry and his team was fantastic and I have already recommended a number of people to him who are considering laser eye surgery.
