I am delighted with the results of my eye surgery which have been life changing. Everything was explained in detail and I appreciate all the communication support and adjustments in relation to my hearing impairment. Despite it being potentially very unsettling having 2 senses removed during parts of the treatment, I felt reassured and calm throughout and the experience was very positive.
