I’ve previously used David Gartry for laser eye surgery correction, circa 7 years ago – the results were superb – perfect long-distance vision for the first time since my schooldays!

In July 2022, I again turned to David for cataract surgery in both eyes – he replaced both lenses on the same day and, again, the results are astonishingly good. He uses state of the art equipment and is surrounded by a really professional team. He’s not cheap, but when it comes to having eye surgery I want the best possible person for the job and his extensive years of experience and knowledge provide great reassurance. I’ve always found him to be professional, helpful and willing to discuss all aspects of the procedures, before, during and after the surgery. His affiliation with Moorfields Eye Hospital is very helpful too.
