I found the procedure from start to finish very straight forward and easy. The initial consultation was very thorough and I had contact with Professor Gartry at the outset so I felt in safe hands from there on. The surgery was pain free and Prof Gartry was incredibly professional and reassuring talking me through every second of the procedure so it wasn’t a frightening experience. My vision was good within hours and by the next day I was out and about as normal with only slightly pink eyes. Three months on my vision is exactly as I hoped for and I am glasses free – it feels like a miracle!
