I had laser surgery for short sight with prof Gartry in 2005 which was very successful. I turned to Prof Gartry again in 2020 after I had developed cataracts. The cataract surgery has been brilliant. I went for the multi-focal lenses which have given me great all round vision. I can read the smallest print, watch television, scan the far horizon, all without glasses. It has really given me a new lease of life.
