David Gartry recently attended a charity fundraiser dinner and met with the Lord Mayor of London (Pictured). The charity was St. John of Jerusalem which provides eye care and treatment in the West Bank, Gaza as well as East Jerusalem. The charity treats patients irrespective of ethnicity, religion or whether they can pay for treatment or not.

 

St. John of Jerusalem operate a main hospital in Jerusalem but also have other clinics based in Gaza, Hebron and Anabta. They also provide / sponsor a mobile team that travels throughout the West Bank delivering eye care to remote areas and communities.
