A wonderful experience. Professor David Gartry and his fantastic team made me feel incredibly reassured and confident before, during and after the procedure. The results have been utterly life-changing and I could not recommend the operation and Professor Gartry more strongly.
Professor David Gartry took great pains to talk me through the lens implant options – mono-focal or multifocal, and to explain the benefIts of laser-assisted surgery. In the end, I opted for the laser procedure with multi focal lenses. The surgery went smoothly., Professor Gartry was very reassuring throughout and I experienced minimal discomfort afterward. My distant vision is now 20/20 and my near vision improved so I am not as heavily reliant upon my reading glasses as I was previously. This was my main aim in opting for multifocal lenses. I would not hesitate in recommending Professor Garty to anyone who is contemplating cataract surgery.
I am delighted with the result, I haven’t been able to see so well for years!
